WHO INSTRUCTED THE INVASION OF NIGERIA SENATE?
The answer to this question will definitely be provided.
The DSS is an agency of the federal government under the supervision of the executive arm of government.
The executive arm of government is headed by president Mohammed Buhari.Presently,he is in the UK for the usual vacation.
The Acting-President,Yemi Osinbajo is a Redeem Church pastor, a professor of law and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria,(SAN).
Was the instruction to the DSS to invade the Nigeria Senate from the vacation president or from the Redeem Church Pastor?
The unlawful invasion of the Senate is a treasonable offence.The parliament is the epitome of Democracy.The invasion of the Senate is the dismissal of the pillars upon which the sovereignty and the government of Nigeria are anchored.
The alternative consequences of this are as follows;
1.Either president Buhari or any other authority behind the unlawful invasion of the Senate proceed to suspend the Constitution of Nigeria and operate a full dictatorship, OR;
2.The authority and all the rogues behind this unlawful invasion of the Senate will be disgraced and defeated by civil disobedience and collective will of Nigerians.
You cannot run a government without legitimacy.Buhari is the president of Nigeria because he was elected in a democratic election.Saraki is a Senator of Nigeria and the president of Nigeria Senate because he was elected in line with the constitution of Nigeria.The legitimacy of the president, the Senate or the parliament and the Judiciary are all derived from the choice of the people.
Any attempt to erode the constitutional authority of any of the organs of government is a violation of the source of the legitimacy of government.Nobody or authority can attempt to invade the office of the president, the parliament or the court,(Judiciary).Any act of unlwaful invsion of any of the organs of government is an act of treason.
This is beyond the interest of any political party or an individual.The sovereignty of Nigeria is being continuously violated under the regime of president Buhari.The natural response is either the violators suspend the constitution of Nigeria and operate a full dictatorship or Nigerians should rise and hold the violators accountable.
