Buhari Suspends Onnoghen, Swears In Tanko Mohammed As Acting CJN. President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the Chief Justice of the Federation (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen.
In his place, he has sworn in Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed in an acting capacity.
He performed the ceremony at the presidential villa, Abuja on Friday.
