The West African Examination Council, WAEC , released the 2018 ranking of all the 36 States plus the Federal capital, Abuja in Nigeria and rather unsurprisingly, Abia state retained top spot.
In recent times, the first position has always revolved around the South Eastern states of Abia, Anambra and Imo state, with Rivers getting close too.
