AGAP, 74 De-register Political Parties Will Take LASIEC to Court. Samson

The All Grand Alliance Party (AGAP) Lagos State. His Party Chairman
Prince Samson Adewale is not happy the way INEC excluded his Party
Name from the just concluded Senatorial and the house of assembly Bye
election that took place last year December 2020

Speaking with our corresponded on a telephone conversation that they
will no longer fold their hands to the injustice perpetrated by INEC,

Samson who lamented bitterly that INEC is on a mission and carrying
out a script by his masters not to include them on the ballot paper
again. He said the court of Appeal had on 10th August, 2020, gave
judgment that his party AGAP and other affected Parties be relisted
into the Register of Political Parties in Lagos State and at the
Federation but INEC turned a deaf Ear.

Samson said the refusal or neglect to relist the 74 register political
parties is unlawful and unjustifiable, Even Rumoured that IPAC elected
new Exco on only 18 political parties, all this Caused by INEC refusal
to relist them back into the setting, he is using this medium to call
and Warn Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission ( LASIEC) not to follow the bandwagon of injustice, That AGAP
and other Relisted political parties in Lagos state want LASIEC to as
a matter of urgency state the Month and Date of the Forthcoming Lagos
State LGA Election.

When ask if LASIEC also refuse to include his party name and others
into the ballot box, what will be the way-forward as the case is still
in the Supreme Court. Samson said 74 de-register political parties
will take LASIEC to court and stop the LGA Election.
